Energous will be showcasing a variety of WattUp wireless charging solutions that utilize partner Dialog Semiconductor's integrated circuit (IC) chipsets: DA14585 and DA1468x.

Energous Demonstrates The Latest WattUp Technology at MWC
The company, which just received the first FCC certification for over-the-air wireless charging under Part 18 of the FCC's rules, will be demonstrating its very latest WattUp technology in a variety of consumer applications with Dialog Semiconductor's integrated circuits (IC) chips.

Energous' recent FCC certification turns a page for the wireless charging industry, as it shifts from contact-based charging to creating a truly wireless ecosystem that allows for both contact-based and at-a-distance charging. The company also recently announced pre-sale of the first WattUp-enabled consumer products with partner, Myant, for its SKIIN smart apparel collection and orders are expected to ship summer 2018.
